Welcome to the Primary 4 class page.

Our teachers are Miss Calpin/ Mrs Rooney and Mrs Hanna/ Miss Greene.

We are excited for the learning and fun ahead in Primary 4!

In our first term, as part of our World Around Us topic, we will learn about "Ourselves" including the different organs in our body and the importance of brushing our teeth. We will also learn about "Our Locality", "World War 2" and "Minibeasts". 

During our Numeracy lessons we understand the value of numbers up to 1000, money, fractions, times tables and measures whilst always trying to sharpen our problem-solving skills! We have been enjoying practical Maths during our "Friday Fun Maths" sessions.

In Literacy, we will be trying to achieve as many 100% scores as we can in Accelerated Reader whilst also exploring novels including;  "Esio Trot", "Fantastic Mr Fox" and "The Twits".

We also remember that we have a very important event in our lives coming up after Easter-Our First Holy Communion. We are practising being prayerful and reverent.
