To live, love and learn in a catholic community

During the extended closure due to COVID-19, I aim to upload to the SEN page weekly. The page should offer hints and tips to assist parents with learning at home. Thank you

Reading at home

Encourage your child to read as much as possible during this period of absence from school. Access Bug Club and Accelerated Reading regularly. Remember you can access e-books for free on the Libraries NI website if you are a member. Otherwise, Oxford Owl is a fabulous, free online resource. Once you set up your free account, you will be asked a number of questions which will help decide which level your child should be reading.

Example reading activities for books you may have access to at home.
