Welcome to our Home Learning Zone.

Here you'll find links to educational websites and a Video Centre where you will find videos of activities and guidance on how to approach tasks.

We are using Seesaw to communicate with our parents and our class work is uploaded in the Class Pages section of the Children tab on the tree.

Here is a brilliant link to all of the workbooks and textbooks in the bestselling Abacus series. These are the same ones that we use in school and are now available for free as ebooks on the ActiveLearn platform for the duration of the school closure.

You don’t need to sign up or login, you just need an adult to accept the terms and conditions and you can access all the books for every year group.

Remember it is organised in English school years so Year 1 = P2, Year 2 = P3 etc.

And it recommends that the ebooks are best viewed on laptops or larger screens. If you find the content being blocked on a tablet, here is the support page below,

I’ve also included a link where you can find the answer scheme for all of the textbooks from Year 3 to Year 6.

Here is a great link to the White Rose Maths, who have been working closely with the BBC Bitesize Daily Maths team to make a clear learning plan for the summer term.

They’ve created a 12 week plan to help prepare children for the some of the main concepts that they need for next year, along with any new learning that they have not done yet.

This means that every day, there’s a learning video on their web page to watch and a link to that day’s BBC Bitesize page for more information and lesson content. Check it out at the link above.

Here are some Home Learning Guides by K7 Maths, within them you will find lots of links and activities for the children to complete for all topics, along with suggested timetables and how you can organise your days.

AR Reading Books are now available on website  myon.co.uk . The children need to enter their school name and then the AR username/password.

This website is in sync with AR platform and the programme is personalised to your child's reading level.

There are a vast stock of books and the children can complete the AR test on the same platform.
