We love sharing big books and it’s always fun to find out about the characters from the books. Through 'The Hungry Caterpillar'  we explore the days of the week, healthy and unhealthy foods and the lifecycle of a butterfly.

We are great counters and we like to work sums out in our heads. We like to use teacher’s money for shopping if only the things in the shop were real!

Lots of our work is topic based and we work on The Bakery, Pirates, The Postman and his job, the people who work in our school to mention just a few. We even get to go to Pizza Express to make our very own pizza.

We like going out on trips and we go to the zoo, where we get to visit our favourite animals. We have great fun finding out about pirates and school days long ago. We have dressing up days when we pretend to be pirates and also have a school day like those days off long ago when even our teachers dress up!. We always try our best and our teachers always have lots of super stickers and certificates to give us.
